Jala Properties is an offspring of our parent company Jala Capital, it was started early 2007, it is he brain child of Salala Lesela and Danny Moss whom together identified the need for a serious BEE player in Commercial Property.

Our real estate activities target submarkets, focusing on fewer, usually larger and more complicated transactions that take advantage of unique opportunities. The company will continue to acquire and develop quality properties based on realistic values for its own investment affiliates as well as its joint venture partners.

We are in the final stages of acquiring a substantial share in a JSE, listed Property Company, this transaction will be concluded by year end.
